Accounts
You are responsible for your login details and for the accuracy of the product information you submit. One account per person or company unless agreed otherwise.
Plans and credits
Each plan includes a monthly amount of video generations. Credits are reserved when a generation starts, charged when it completes and refunded automatically when it fails. Unused monthly credits do not roll over unless stated in your plan.
Your content
You keep all rights to the product photos and product information you upload, and you confirm you are allowed to use them. You are responsible for the claims your ad makes.
Generated content
You may use the videos you generate for your own marketing. Commercial use is included on the Pro and Business plans. AI-generated material may contain inaccuracies — review every ad before publishing it.
Acceptable use
No illegal, misleading, infringing, adult or hateful content, no impersonation of other brands, and no attempts to bypass credit limits or security controls.
Availability and liability
